received an e-mail today saying that they would need to investigate further...... may take 5 days apparently.
I have had so many problems it is unreal and had to go to CEO level to get my broadband even working due to various issues with BT. I am STILL waiting for my sainsbury's voucher. I had 3 appointments for installation booked and constantly cancelled, claims that I couldn't have BT at all - Even though it was rectified with no visit to my home required after several weeks.
I was assured they had been sent out and have now been re-ordered? I just don't think it is good enough!
Can I please have this looked into?

I too began an order to claim a £100 gift card on the condition I ordered a broadband and phone package.
Once I had receieved my PAK code, this offer had been reduced to £25!!
Now once I've signed up, its back up to £100!
Can someone please investigate what I am to receieve? If anything!?
im having the same issue I was advised it would take 30days to recive my gift card after 30days I called and got told to wait another 30days and filled in the online form now its over 60days and still nothing did any1 get anywhere with reciving theres?
