STILL getting INCORRECTLY charged for BT Sport

I was told on the 30th of August that my bill would be refunded the overcharge for BT Sport which I'm supposed to getting FREE on the Max package. Well, the amounts were refunded, BUT now BT are charging me AGAIN from September 18th for BT Sport.

 

Would it be possible for a mod to pick this up and fix things correctly this time? BT are breaking their promise of FREE BT Sport to me!!! It's very obvious to me that something is still amiss and that the previous mod didn't make the correct changes to my account.

 

I shouldn't have to go on this merry-go-round every month because of BT's incompetence!!!

Could tge mods contact someone at BT to get them to address this for everyone on the Max Entertainment pack as obviously it's set up wrong on the system.

Thanks for sending over the details again. I tried calling, sorry I missed you. I'm really sorry the charge has appeared again. I've removed the incorrect charge and will keep an eye on this to make sure it's sorted.

Hi @MadRob,

 

Just a quick line to confirm the sports charges have been removed from the account and you won't see them on your bills going forward.
