Hi my SW30A is not connecting to sh31B hub. The model number of my SW30a is WE610242-HS-SA. Is there a newer model. I have tried connecting by wifi and by ethernet cable and neither work. I have factory reset both units numerous times but it does not connect. it does not show up in the Hub manager.
The light on the hub is Aqua and the light on the extender is blue ish. When I disconnect the ethernet then turn it off and back on it just flashes orange. Can anyone help me please.

If this is still happening and you're using Complete WiFi, our Fix problems with Complete Wi-Fi page has troubleshooting to try and get the WiFi discs connected to the router.
