First time poster here.
Looking through I see some people have issues with claiming a Sainsbury Gift card (mine is an offer of £125 rom last August)
I tried to claim mine last month before the 6 month cut off point, but came up against problems with my BT order number only being 18 digits and not the required 20 for automatic website submission.
Also, I did not have a VOL number on any of my paperwork.
I phoned BT directly and spoke to a nice guy at BT who kindly gave me my VOL number, he said I wasnt the only person with problems he was dealing with at the time with this voucher claim and I had to email them all my information.
He told me to email the claim group usinf email@example.com and to put all my details down.
I did this 2 weeks ago and didnt have any sort of reply back, sent again last week but again no reply or response.
Is this normal to have absolutely no reply/response?
Does anyone know how I can get this resolved as the 6th month date has passed (27th Feb) but my contacts and email submission was before this.
