Sainsbury Voucher NOT received

Hi,

I ordered my broadband and phone package on 4th May, everything was activated by 29th May.

I applied for the sainsbury voucher on 31st July but I have not received my voucher yet.

Please could you check and let me know.

This is the same method that the forum moderators would use. There is a delay in issuing gift cards at the moment.

The forum mods normally reply within 3/5 working days after you have contacted them via their contact form
They will contact you personally by email or phone.

It's more than 10 working days after I contacted via contact form. But i still have not received any reply.
