Sainsburys giftcard came through the post should have been for £125 registered it and still 48hours later the credit is zero, had email comfirming gift card sent. Any ideas?
It sounds like BT have forgotten to put the credit on the card.
Sainsbury's cards can be sent out blank, and the credit then added - I buy them elsewhere and have been warned that there may be no credit for a couple of days.
But if there's still no credit after 48 hourd, it sounds like BT (or their subcontractors) have messed up.
