Looks like a bog problem for BT as its happening all the time.
I signed up to Broadband. Had it installed and live.
requested my voucher. Got confirmation email.
3 weeks later try to find out if all is ok and I get an email saying they have re-requested it for me!
Then this week I try to check if it is coming and I get a text saying in the next 30 days.
The promise was within 30 days of activation. Not happy at all. Seems they want to mug us off and hope we forget.

I think its a joke to be honest. The whole set up is so that we the consumer forget about it.
How do I go about making a formal complaint as the initial terms were not honoured either that were promised by the live chat service when taking up the promotion.
All seems a bit of a con to me.
£75 voucher not received
£60 a year discount for free BT Sport HD not received.
is there a way to email in the complaint?
I never get anywhere by phone passed pillar to post and online support is just as bad

..Doesnt look very promising...so many complaints over bogus offers!.
