Sainsburys Giftcard Not Received

Hi,

I first applied for the Sainsburys gift card back in June once my broadband new customer package was activated (moved from Sky). I have followed up and even reapplied but as yet have received no status update and no gift card. Please can you help me?

This is the same method that the forum moderators would use. There is a delay in issuing gift cards at the moment.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
