Second account created

I recently added broadband landline BTTV and BT sport to my BT Mobile account.

All this is now active but BT seem to have created a new account number for the additional services so it is now separate to my BT mobile account and I therefore don't get the £5 mobile discount for having broadband.

How can I get the 2 accounts merged. It would be best to move the mobile account to the other services.
All the personal details are identical so I have no idea why this has happened.
