I can confirm that what @imjolly has said is correct however if you have a debit or credit card you can also pay your bill online at MyBT or by calling our automated line on 0870 240 5566 at anytime. There's no need to speak to adviser when calling to pay on that number so no waiting times. I hope that helps.
