Sending an email to BT help

Hi,

I need to send an email with details of a billing error in reply to BT's email. I do not want to use letter, phone, or chat at this stage.

I have successfully sent emails in the past but now I can not find a working email address.

Does anyone have details of an email address that is up to date?

(No!,  ibby.barr@bt.com does not work)

As far as I'm aware, it is not possible to contact BT via email, just Live Chat or phone I'm afraid. Smiley Frustrated

Libby Barr no longer works for BT, chat or phone will be the quickest resolution.

BT are a bit naughty because the email they sent me a few days ago was from Libby Barr.

What was the email for if you don't mind me asking ? all templates should of been updated to say :

@majordave Do you feel that the email sounds genuine as it could possibly be a phishing attempt ?
