I cancelled my order the other day and when I request the free return bag on my account to send the hub back it says they wont give me one and to send it back another way. Do they send these bags out automatically? Im certainly not being out of pocket for a service I haven’t used

Arrange a Parcel Force courier to collect it (you don’t need to print a postage label).
Or book an at-home collection by Royal Mail for just 60p (we'll cover the rest).

Hi @Jakkeo when was the order cancelled? This happens automatically and normally takes a couple of days for the returns packaging to be posted.
