I just checked my bill and it is far too high! I rang few weeks ago to cancel BT TV, then gentleman told that changes will be in 1 month time. And now I can see that I still need to pay for the same services till 17 oct plus some extras I didn't ask Mx or something similar?
Just can't understand why I need to pay if it was cancelled an there the extra charges come from? The gentleman didn't mention about it.
You need to phone 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and then billing and they will be able to help
