Should have had BT infinity on 30/10/17.

I should have BT infinity but it has not been activated. Due to have been activated 30/10/17 and four or five different dates since. Been supplied with various different excuses . One being that a cabinet specialist had been requested. I then had that excuse again after a few failed activations. When I told them that a cabinet specialist had already visited cabinet a few weeks before they checked with engineering department who said it was a connector problem in cabinet. I am at end of my tether.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Getting to ridiculous stage now where bt customer services can’t give me an update of what is wrong but that there is “fault”. Sounds like it is just waffle now. Now 26 days and no Bt infinity. Great Advert. Been with bt for 27 odd years and don’t want to leave but if this continues I will. Allegedly getting call later but already been told that there will not be update till tomorrow.

@Awnaw1 did you contact @JohnC2 as requested?

 

Is your phone line working yet?

 

If its an issue with the cabinet, then changing providers would not help, and only delay things even more.

Yes my phone line works but I have a Virgin Cabinet outside my property.
