Your original post implied you helped "an invalid lady I look after" and that somehow you became the account holder, not account manager.
You then said "she cannot be without a Landline because her Lifeline (community link alarm) relies on this to connect to the Emergency Services"

Your next post was you saying you'd moved house and listed your devices, how does this impact the lady you look after ? I'm genuinely puzzled as are others to what help you need.

Please explain in more detail what the problem is, then you can get the support and answers needed.

I was questioning the need for an invalid lady living on her own for fibre2. You muddied the waters by talking about house moves and your requirements rather than hers.
