I have sky and I’m trying to buy a BT phone / broadband / sport package, but when I enter my Sky viewing card number it comes up with an error, despite all address details being correct. I already have an account with BT for BT sport, so the viewing card number has been processed ok previously. I’m currently looking to switch my SSE phone and broadband over to BT, and I will be cancelling my existing BT sport subscription.
By going through Uswitch, I was hoping to secure the package below with a £150 reward card.
Hi @Barnesy1 Sorry that you are having difficultly placing your order. If you are only getting the error message when you input the Sky card details I suspect that this is because the card is already registered.
To avail of this offer you would need to cancel the existing BT Sport on Sky subscription. If this is not an option then check out the deals without the BT Sport on Sky subscription.
