I have just received an email from BT firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading "Need a hand with logging in to see your personalised deal?"
The first paragraph reads "
and asks to click here to reset my password and other things.
The real problem is that I don't need a hand logging and haven't had any problems whatsoever accessing my personalised deal.
I have no intention of taking up either of the deals for an adsl connection and will let my existing contract run its course to the start of next June.
So why have BT sent this - I reckon it's to hard sell the personalised offer so I'm not impessed
