Smart Hub 2 Is Being Delivered to Old Address

Dear all,

I am a BT Broadband user. I just found out that BT delivered a new Smart Hub 2 to me. However, the delivery address is my old address. I am certain that I have updated my account address to the new one in the BT website many years ago.

Could you please advise on how to address this issue?
