The normally totally useless chat support just went round in circles, unable to diretc me to our older bills, and then offered to CHARGE to supply copies of past bills!
Why oh why is BT so **bleep** at support?
Anyway, does anyone know how to see old bills on-line?
We only have on-line billing, but that useless if we can't see our bills...
Oh, and the chat support said they would call on our land-line to discuss this... I'm still waiting for the call!
I really do not understahd how BT can continue with such appaling support!

Log onto your MyBT and click on MyBill and in the box on the left click on Previous Bills.
There is no 'My Bill' within MyBT...
I have a 'My Bill' section that shows immediately I log-in to MyBT, but there is just the present bill info shown - no bill history available.
There is most definitely no 'Previous Bills' anywhere...
And I'm sat here some hopurs later, and still no phone call from BT Support, as was promised!
Really **bleep** support, as always!

That's the problme...
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Spend another hour on Chat with 'Support', and afrer being escalated to a 'Supervisor', still no solution...
The promise was someone form the 'next' support tier would call me today.
It's now 5:30pm, and still no call...
Ah - found the contact details for the Mods... why make it so **bleep** difficult???
It took ages to work that out!
