I've also switched to BT Fibre 2 with the £100 Reward Card offer, but I am unable to claim my reward card.
Order was placed on the 15th June, switchover date was 25th June when I log in to My Rewards, it still says "There are no rewards waiting to be claimed."
Looking at the other posts I'm guessing something has gone wrong and i need to contact someone i couldn't find anywhere obvious to go on the help section of the website 😞
