I have been getting the following message when trying to claim my reward, this has been going on for weeks.

 

”Sorry we can't bring up your details at the moment please try again later”

 

Any ideas?

Hi @Manupnorth Sorry that you are unable to claim your Reward and getting this error message. Please can you confirm what the Reward is and we will be able to help you further.

Thank you for your quick response.

 

Yes it was for the BT Moblie 20Gb package for BT Reward Card, I bought the sim free package in December it was an additional add on to the family sim pack.

Hi @Manupnorth I called earlier sorry I could not reach you. I just wanted to let you that I had the same error when trying to process your claim. I've therefore manually submitted a claim to the promotions team for you they will confirm your claim and estimated delivery directly to you via email.
