I have received a bill from you and was confused by an amount of 99p deducted for the use of "Special Services" that I am not aware of using.
I don't have any discount schemes running and I am not aware of having dialled any "unusual" numbers.
There are no details given with this deduction, so not even the numbers dialled, just that I did it 5 times!
What could it be?

I have an item on my bill which states I dialled 08448791322 51 times in the last three months. I don't know who this is and have not dialled this number as far as I know. There are other special services numbers that I am supposed to have dialled.

Sky+ boxes dialling out for films and Intruder alarms dialling out when set/unset/activated are one cause of these strange bits on the bills. As are of course old fashioned dialup internet connections - though I guess most of us have moved on to broadband (except when SOMEBODY cuts off your broadband and BT blame the broadband service provider and the service provider blames BT and then you start going round and round in 150 circles). Hope you can find out who is billing you.

ANY answers to this question my charges amounted to £5.21 I am a pensioner and every penny counts.
As these posts are about 15 months old it might be best to start a new post and explain your query/problem with these charges.
I'm sure that if you tell the forum what the problem is someone will be able to help you.
No personal details or account numbers though.

I am suprised that i had a funny reply the bill was my latest just received.But i have noticed these charges before.
Have you tried Live Chat here:
It's open Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, Sat 8am-8pm and Sun 8am-6pm
They should be able to explain why you are being charged .
