Started to order student fibre but now i cannot complete the order

Started to order student fibre but postponed it to ask housemates if they agreed to pay there cuts, now i cannot complete the order due to the offer ending, i am not able to stay on the 9 month contract let alone the 18 month one so im not willing to order anything at all and the 9 month contract was a deal breaker for me when choosing between much cheaper isps and bt

 

is there anything that can be done at all or will i just have to take my business elsewhere

Try calling the Options Team on 0800.800.030 to see what if anything can be done.

they didnt even try, just kept blowing me off and wasting my time

Unfortunately, you've missed the boat on an offer that is no longer available. You'll just have to move on and make your decision on provider using current offerings.

well im quite happy to go with the significantly cheaper other isps now, its bt thats missing out to there incompetence
