Started to order student fibre but postponed it to ask housemates if they agreed to pay there cuts, now i cannot complete the order due to the offer ending, i am not able to stay on the 9 month contract let alone the 18 month one so im not willing to order anything at all and the 9 month contract was a deal breaker for me when choosing between much cheaper isps and bt
is there anything that can be done at all or will i just have to take my business elsewhere

they didnt even try, just kept blowing me off and wasting my time
well im quite happy to go with the significantly cheaper other isps now, its bt thats missing out to there incompetence
