Moved from TT to BT Infinity and went live on 28th may which i applied for card on that day
waited for card nothing turned up,
so i went to BT site and contacted the voucher team on the 25th june and Amrita Roy confirmed
i am eligable and she have re applied again for the card well nearly 2 month's later and nothing.
I have contacted BT again today and first spoke to a man which just gave me another number
which just gave me the ruaround as after calling same options as last number dialed then spoke
to Braj who gave me the card allocation email which i have emailed them Again but not holding
my breath that is why i have now decided to post here until it's dealt with.

Sorry for the delay receiving your pre-paid card. I know that the team that deals with sending these out are in a bit of a backlog at the moment I'm afraid.

Just to update the thread i have just had a phone call off a lady from BT about the card and she said
it would be reapplied for AGAIN (Third Time) and should be with me within 14 days and will call me
back in a week.
Thanks to Rob i got my first phone call of BT.
I will come back when i hear something.
1 week gone and heard nothing so far. 😞
And going in to the Third month.

Well i am not going to wait till monday as have read you get an email first to say your card is on it's way.
I was told on the phone that the lady would apply again Third Time and should get it within 14 days.
What happens on monday apply again ...Fourth time
Well Still No Email over 70 days waiting on this Pre Paid card and from what i see in other threads it seem's
he who makes the most noise and say how **bleep** BT customer service is which i rate at an absolute 0 gets sorted first.
I do apreciate the help i am getting on this forum but if not sorted soon i will be seeking further
advice...as in this week as it's getting beyond a joke.
And just to backup about the time scale below is a message off the voucher team and when first appllied.
I may have spoken too soon....will give it a couple more days but in the mean there has been a total muckup but that will be in the BT TV section....please subscribe to see their latest mess....can they do anything right!
