Still charged line rental after paying the line rental saver from the first day

Hi,

When I sign up a BT infinity service, I also paid the line rental saver. However, in my first bill, I can see that my line rental saver is paid, but I’m still charged for the line rental that is included in the package price. After reading other posts, I think BT is charging me twice for the line rental. Since I didn’t pay any line rental before I add the rental saver. Can any Mod help me to see what is wrong?
