I posted back in April about not being able to claim my reward card (additionally I am still waiting on the amazon voucher) from switching via USwitch.

I replied to the moderator who messaged me with the information he asked for but haven't had any reply in the month and a half since.
These incentives were a large part of why we ended up going with BT and I understand that it's a busy time but 6 weeks seems a long time to wait for something as easy to resolve as this.
