Still no reward card showing - advice please

I had FTTP installed on 11th December so it is now well over14 days (in fact almost a month) since the service went live. It was advertised that the install included a £150 BT reward card.

However when I log in to my account to check the "My Reward" it continues to show no reward available. How do I go about getting this sorted out.

Yes, ordered on line on 23rd November and installed on 11th December.

What are the first three letters of your sales reference, not the VOL number? Could be something like BTC or AJM?

Did you order directly on bt.com, or via a third party site?

I ordered Ultrafast Fibre 2 Plus on the BT website on 23 Nov. The BT.com reference starts AJM followed by 6 letters and 11 digits

Is this the detail you require?

Yes, thanks. I wil now pass this to BT.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
