Still not updated my bill.

Hi guys - looking for some advice here.

Background

I recently took out a contract renewal in October on a new monthly rate. That hasn't been reflected yet in my billing meaning I've been overcharged for November . This is despite :

  • 3 calls (where I was assured 3 times it was going to be sorted)
  • a complaint raised on my behalf (still open apparently), and
  • 3 chats (the latest being with Sonia today)

Sonia said that I would be contacted today before 9pm - but i wasn't. So, enough.

So, now I am really annoyed and very tempted to pick up the Virgin offer (as they've just laid lines in our area).

I wanted to ask one last time if this can be sorted - but what would you guys do ? Cancel and go to Virgin or try one more time?

Hi Neil, thanks for your reply. I think it’s sorted as I took another call where I’m promised a refund.i won’t see that till next billing cycle. But I’m sure it’ll be ok.
