Hello, many moons ago we had BT broadband and we signed up for a new package which included BT Protect. We later cancelled the broadband but stupidity forgot about the BT Protect and were still paying £5 a month.
In September 2018 I rang up and finally cancelled BT Protect, however I am still getting bills through on email. We are not paying by direct debit and there is no product listed on my BT dashboard. Is there a way to stop these bills coming through on email?
