Struggling to pay

Hi, I’m currently having to stay home, due to being a vulnerable person so therefore only receiving my very basic wage, no longer able to do overtime which has lost me over £200 a month. Due to this I’m struggling to keep up with my bills and wondering if I can pay my recent bill in two or three parts? Does anyone know if this is possible please

You will need to contact BT 0800.800.150 and ask for the billing team. They should be able to advise you and set something up.
