Hello, I'm trying to purchase the student super fast fibre 2 broadband for 9 months but any time I try to complete the online form an error message states We're sorry We cannot take your order at the moment. Please call us on 0800 800 150 to renew or change your bundle.
I have rang BT a few times and they said it should be working by the next day, this was last week. I've tried online chats too but they advise me to ring up BT.
This is quite frustrating when all I need is internet. Can someone help me please?
