Subject: Re: Sainsburys Gift Card [Incident: 130726-010964]

Anybody had a delay in receiving their gift card? I swapped from Virgin in April. As I hadn't received I chased and was advised that it would be sent out within the next 15 days this was on the 31 July. I have emailed twice recently and no response has been received or gift card

Same here, new service after house move in May, not a sniff of the voucher after applying.

hi David is this the generic "contact us" as this is the only one I can see. The incident number is in subject heading or do you need more info cheers in advance

no it is not the generic one it should be located were i posted in the picture above in David's about me area if the link is not showing i will flag it with them for you

Hi Robbie I have clicked your username but no link to contact the mods is visible.
I joined BT in March and filled in the gift card application but didn't receive the gift card so I applied again on the 26 July. I also emailed and received a response from Belinda Towler (vouchers team) on 31 July saying that I would receive in 15 working days. I then followed up by email both on the 4 & 19th September to say I had still not received and as yet I have had no response. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Incident number: ******-******. Cheers in advance.
