Really hoping someone can help me out with my billing....
I was paying £36 a month for unlimited broadband and weekend and evening calls. In December I was moved onto a deal whereby this would change to £27. Needless to say I have never paid this amount yet, and in January my bill was increased to £62. Given the deals that are available with other providers I find this a ridiculous amount to be paying. My main concern is that I fail to see where this increase has come from, given that I have unlimited broadband and a landline that is used pretty sparingly.
I have contacted BT a couple of times by phone regards this, but I really haven't got very far and feel like I banging my head off a wall at times, especially when I am told that the reason for the increase is due to an increase in my usage (on an unlimited Internet package!?). Then I will be told not to worry as the bill will be recalculated come the next billing period, but I have little to no confidence that my bill will come down to a satisfactory rate after this.
Is there an e-mail address that I can use to have someone check over my billing, as I have not gotten very far by phone/live chat.
