Update - The hub is still flashing purple & the Openreach appointment for this afternoon has reappeared on the fault tracking

Update - Fault tracking says engineer visit complete. It's still not working and flashing purple, I'm going to have to call BT Again.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I cannot understand why you have not been sent another home hub, in case the one you have is faulty. This should have been sorted long ago, by an actual visit to your house, with someone with a spare hub, to prove where the fault is.

Smiley Very Happy Yay! An Openreach engineer came this morning and has fixed it. It hadnt been connected to the fibre at the cabinet. I now have a steady blue light on my home hub.
