When I rang up to renew my contract I was encouraged to switch to EE, which I knew was part of BT so was okay with.
What I can't understand is that my final bill from BT for £50.95 covered the period 5th November to 4th December but I've also been charged £35.99 by EE for the period 7th November to 6th December.
Is there a logical explanation ?

I would recommend giving us a call so this can be looked into by our customer care team.
The team have account access and will be able to process any refunds required.
