Switching Portal
I’m a new customer trying to purchase a deal but every time I get to the switching portal to try and select current provider, the box doesn’t let me scroll down the options, can anyone help me with this?

It is great to hear that you are looking to join BT.
Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from your browser before trying again?
If that doesn't get you any further, are you able to try on another browser or device?
