I need help finding the screen that enables you to switch packages monthly (On/ Off) as per the BT advert. Thanks

I have but I can’t find how I access the page . I’ve even viewed YouTube videos

I was logged in? Yet there is no easy access to the page I’m trying to find to turn ‘on’ or ‘off’ packages/passes ....as shown on the BT advert

Scroll about half way down screen to "Get More From My BT"

Look for the "Your Products" Panel and click the "Manage" button on that panel

Look for the "TV" panel and click the "Manage" button

Whatever the content you see (it's personalised) Click the "Manage" button

You are now on the page that you need. If you don't see what you're looking for, scroll a little further down and click on "Show more TV Deals"
