I am not very happy, I had a bill from BT Jan 28th, I told them on the 29th I was switching to a different provider and would need a final bill as the 28th Jan one was precalculated to April 2013 and I didn't want to pay for a service I wasn't going to be using. they told me they would send a bill once everything had been switched. 24th feb new provider confirmed they had taken over the line...still no bill! BT put restrictions on my phone and called me most evenings asking me to pay, I explained each time to them that I was awaiting a final bill one caller even hung up on me when I said this!!!
I have now paid the bill to lift the restrictions in the hope to get a refund of March and April!! Not Good!
