Taken up with BT deal Help needed

I have joined BT again after a couple of years but having problems before going live .Having contacting BT 4 times I’m not sure things are fixed.I’m due to be connected on 17;June.

proble was my order did not work correctly because of Nextfix on my order. They also gave me the wrong account number which need changing. They have said 3 times it has  been fixed the order I’m unable to verify my BT ID it keeps failing. I had email to claim my £90 voucher now I can’t seem to claim it for some reason. I’m 72 years old and this has got me around the bent.

can someone from BT Help me out.

Re: Taken up with BT deal Help needed

The mods on the forum do not have account access so maybe try billing using the message now link

https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband

you cannot claim your voucher until your cooling off period has passed which with activation on 17th June will be about 17 July
