I have not had an email in order to claim my free tech gift or any information regarding reward card

It depends on what date you placed your order. Here is a post from a moderator to another user which may give you some idea of the timescales.

Order Placed on 15th May went live on 30th May had confirmation of gift on 18th May saying i would be contacted 14 days after going live. plellow

Hi @plellow welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the voucher code for the May choices tech offer is sent after you're broadband has been active for 30 days so you'll be contacted in early July with the details to claim your gift.

I've fed back the wording of the email to the gift team.
