Terrible customer service

I have had ongoing issues since first ordering on 12th December 2016. First off they enabled broadband on the wrong land line [I have two numbers] then an engineer came out and transferred the service to the right number, this worked for two weeks then for some reason known only unto BT my broadband was deactivated. I have phoned and 'chatted' for hours and I either get oh you've moved house have you or similar nonsense or told a heap of lies about why it was disconnected and when I will be reconnected. I should say I was warned off BT so lesson learned, eh? meantime, I sit here with no broadband - having declined the suggestion that I go find a hotspot to use - a tad difficult to tie the PC to my back and hike to the nearest town.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
