I decided to leave BT due to some issues around the package costs and being given wrong information.
Even after making complaints bt were unable to even fulfill promises to get back to me, and it was such bad service that bt agreed to let me leave the service early without penalty.
I have emails and chat transcripts to confirm this. Then I receive a final bill of over £600. After many calls and messages I keep being promised that this will be sorted within 24 to 48 hours, and now several weeks on it still hasn't been sorted.
I am now going to forward all the correspondents to ofcom to try and get some sort of closure .
I don't want any compensation, I just want bt to do its job as promised.
