Terrible service

Waiting a year next month for fibre!!!

Despite having 2 separate case handlers now I am still waiting for my fibre to go active
I was given the date of 7th July last year
Have registered complaint in august
Told yesterday engineer would be here today by case handler and as usual never turns up
This is the 7th appointment that nobody turns up
Case handler isn't in so back to square one
Customer service is nonexistent here
Nobody seems to know what's happening as they tell you a different story each time
I have now had over 11 months of being billed more than I was previously contracted for whilst not having the service the contract was for
Additional services like Bt net protect plus and calling add ins that were never requested but can't be removed just now apparently as it would cancel my order
After numerous hours spent on the phone to Bt I still can't be told the truth and they won't let me cancel!!!!!

John 46 it's not letting me post results for some reason
Apparently the initial reason was they needed work done on my line so 3 poles later and a chat with open reach engineer last sept confirms work done and fibre to the bottom of my drive
But still the failed appointments and not service even though it's been confirmed several times

That might be because you're using the mobile site. Posting from a mobile is OK but you need to choose the full site option for some functions.
