Terrible service

I am currentley experiencing the worst customer service i have ever had from any company, I am moving house on the 12th of May and have arranged an engineer to come and put a new line into my new flat on the 12th, When i woke today i noticed my router was flashing, upon further investigation i have discovered that bt have stopeed my service at my current address due to an error on their behalf, i phoned them earlier and have been told i need to wait 2 weeks until it can be restarted. i find this totally unacceptable to be without broadband or 2 weeks and have been told by bt that if i want internet i should go out and buy a internet dongle and use that for 2 weeks!!!!!!! but the maximum i can spend on data and the dongle combined is £30.

Disgusting service from bt, i will be cancelling my contract and not paying the rest of my contract

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I have now cancelled my direct debit with BT so they wont be getting anymore money off me until my line is active again.

i have spoken to 3 different people about this issue but i think the whole team that work for bt have 2 braincells between them.

As i cannot work on the weekends without internet i will lose £250 altogether this weekend, great work BT

These forums clearley have no purpose either, i dont see the point in mods asking for details when they dont bother to do anything to help you
