He probably tried calling my old number, I changed it on saturday, the new one is on my profile, I want to send a receipt in for the dongle i had to buy when my internet was cut off but i dont know who to send it to, i want the cost of that taken off my outstanding bill, if that can be done then i will stay with BT

I hope the cost of the dongle can be taken off my balance otherwise i will be changing providers, ive been more than patient considering all the hassle and bad customer service ive recieved.

Even worse service

so after deciding to stay with BT i had to take unpaid leave from work this morning to have a new phone line fitted to my new flat. I waited from 8am until 1.10 and nobody showed up. I didnt even recieve a phonecall. Why am i not suprised!!!!!!!!!

Easily the worst company i have ever dealt with. I can understand if someone is going to be late but i at least expect a phonecall. Thanks for nothing BT. Joke of a company

And 1 more thing, can one of the mods make sure that my service doesnt stop in my current address today as i am not actually moving in my new flat until next weekend. I changed the activation date on the bt website a few days ago to next week but for some reason its showing as being activated today??
