I've been trying to cancel an order for the past week now. First time I called up cancelled the order no problem, however I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail or anything confirming the order had been cancelled. As the installation date was looming closer so I called again to be told the cancellation hadn't gone through but we can try again, so I did. I called again later the same day to make sure the cancellation was going ahead to be told it was in progress.
However, late last night I received a text message telling me the services I've been trying to cancel are ready for me to use.
I guess BT really want my custom! Any help would be really appreciated.
