While you're waiting, have you tried getting to the usage monitor direct as well as via MyBT? Some people find that one works even if the other doesn't. BB Usage Monitor.

I too left a message with SeanD over three days ago and have not heard anything.I contacted BT billing who said other people had been on to them regarding this problem and their comment was "keep trying"

   There seems to be a void regarding this complaint which isn't an isolated occurance.

          Come on BT do something about it.

We are currently aware that the usage monitor is not available for a small number of customers.

 

We are presenting customers with the error message “The usage monitor is currently not available – we’re working to restore service as soon as possible”. We understand how important it is to monitor usage, and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, we are aware that customers are concerned about going over their monthly usage allowance. So, we are currently logging all customers receiving this message, and for customers who get the above message and go over their allowance, you will not be charged for usage in the month you are presented with the message.

Its coming up for 10 days now since I have not had the usage monitor. Ok im on Infinity 2 unlimited usage but I do like to see how much I have downloaded at the end of each month.

What causes different people to get differing responses please ?

 

BTW, the usgage monitor is working but is 3 days behind for me, viz :-

Its times BT got this sorted its been off near 14 days now for me. Ok I have unlimited usage but do like to look at my usage from time to time.
