After a security issue I recently reset my password and now I can't access my account to check bills etc under MyBT. I can access my email account via email.bt.com.
When I try to access via bt.com, the system seems to accept my email address and password, it sends a link with a six digit code which is then accepted but then I get three bouncing balls that don't go away. I can view products and the screen says I'm logged in but it won't let me access MyBT.
It seems others have had the same problem and I've tried every suggestion that has been made to correct the problem - different browsers, clear cache, switch off/on etc, etc.
I haven't contacted BT as I expect to get a bot who can't help or an advisor that does the whole change password, switch off/on etc process that won't work. Think I need expert advice.
Has anyone successfully resolved the problem?

@jjseaton You may be making an assumption that you changing the password has triggered the problem. It might be a coincidence of timing and your problem could be due to wider MY BT issues.
