I started on BTinfinity at my old address. Then when total broadband came out, I upgraded and my throttling on p2p stoppped.
Since I moved address and transfer my infinity total broadband with me, the throttling is back.
I have called tech, I have been going around in circles with BT and I am getting nowhere. I am paying top wack for this service and I am not getting what I understood I would be getting.
Can someone guide me on a number to call that will actually get me to someone who can actually help?
