Throttled P2P

Hi,

 

I started on BTinfinity at my old address. Then when total broadband came out, I upgraded and my throttling on p2p stoppped.

Since I moved address and transfer my infinity total broadband with me, the throttling is back. 

 

I have called tech, I have been going around in circles with BT and I am getting nowhere. I am paying top wack for this service and I am not getting what I understood I would be getting.

 

Can someone guide me on a number to call that will actually get me to someone who can actually help?

Once the Forum Mods have read your post they will post an invite here once you reply to them they will take personal ownership of the problem until resolved
do not send them a Personal Message as this is the incorrect contact method and cannot be properly tracked also the mod contacted may not be on shift for sometime and this will delay your help
