Hi. Just changed my package due to contract being up .saw that I would lose some channels but no mention that I would lose the ALIBI channeln
Uk tv still shows it as being on 312 but not in my tv guide!
If you do a search on here the channel changes have been widely discussed including Alibi not being part fo the new flexible packages. When changing did you mention that specifci channel as being watched or not? If just changed & within 14 days you should also be able to request a revert back to the previous package
You have 14 days to revert back, although how much longer BT will carry channels like Alibi is anyone's guess as they are starting to lose channels as carriage deals expire.
Ultimately BT only want you on the NOW TV based packs so they don't have to support legacy TV packs/agreements and NOW TV doesn't have Alibi.
